1) All teams will leave after the drivers meeting at 10:30pm and return by 2:30pm. For every 1 minute you are late to return your items, you will be docked 1 point. e.g. 14 minutes late = 14 points docked from your final score. If you arrive after 3:30pm you will be disqualified.
2) Teams of 2 people only. No outside help. If you are caught cheating you will be disqualified. Remember other teams have cameras and are watching.
3) You must go to 6 of the 10 business locations listed on the instructions. Take a picture of your car and team mate in front of the business. If that is not possible, a photo of your team mate will work too.
4) For all static items on "Picts or It Didn't Happen", at least one team member must be in the picture except when the picture is taken from your car in motion. If there is no team member in the static pictures, you will not get credit for that item.
5) You can only get credit for one item found on the list, unless otherwise specified. e.g.: no taking 15-20 pictures of VW Beetles to rack up points.
6) GPS, Maps, cell phones, and any navigation devise are allowed to be used.
7) When returning, turn in your media card from your camera. Only one card per team will be allowed to be turned in. Please put your name on team name on your card, It will be returned at the banquet in your item's bag.
(All camera media cards must be able to be read off of a card reader and have the team name labeled on it. All cards that are non readable or have images not related to the scavenger hunt will be disqualified)
8) All team must tally their team's scores as they go. If you do not tally as you go we will doc your team 50 points. This will help when we go to score everyone's sheets.
9) In the unlikely chance of a tie, the pictures quality, content and arrangement will be judged, so make your picture look good too.
10) Teams are encouraged (but not required) to pick a unique team name.
11) Dressing up to match their team name is also encouraged but not required.

There will be a banquet at 425 Motorsports and awards. This will start at 5pm. Food and drinks will be provided.
